• Able to delegate and set metrics / KPIs for others
• Sources new people for their team
• Comfortable with all forms of negotiation for themselves and team
• Accurate forecasting for self and reportees
• Accurate use of Bullhorn for themselves and team
• Frequently consults the data from Cube 19 to plan relevant KPI’s for their team

Divisional Manager

• P&L understanding
• Identifies and develops new markets
• Coaches the team members on 1-2-1 basis
• Understands and implements Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
• Sources new staff for others and themselves
• Selects new staff with help from the line manager
• Trains people in a group environment
• Responsible for personal development of the team members
• Deals with internal conflicts and disputes effectively

Director

• Manage a team of 10-20 consultants split over 2-3 markets
• Motivates and inspires the Division
• Communicates the vision/strategy set out by the Managing Director
• Strategic planning with manager for future growth
• Identifies analyses and interprets market research for developing plans
• Full disciplinary process management

Senior Director

• Annual business planning and monitoring progress to ensure the Business hits its objectives
• Provides strategy and guidance, keeping the Business aware of developments within the organisation and the wider industry
• Directs and controls the work and resources of the Business
• Ensures the recruitment and retention of the required number of well-motivated, trained and developed staff, to ensure the achievement of maximum revenues
• Prepares and monitors annual budgets and ensures that budget targets are met
• Full P&L responsibility
• Accountable for contractual agreements with clients
• Accountable for hiring decisions, liaising with Internal Recruitment
• Deals with legal disputes/unpaid invoices

Partner

• Share ownership of the business
• Contribute to the overall direction of the group, through valid input at board meetings
