From new starter to M.D.

I had the option to attend University and study Psychology. I also had the option to get two weeks’ worth of work experience with a boutique Executive Search firm. After one week, I was offered a full-time role as a Researcher/Associate Consultant where I focused on retained search campaigns for blue-chip firms in the Natural Resources market. I wanted to get exposure working with a large corporate brand, so started with a well-respected, global organisation and focused on delivering Business Analysts and Project Managers to Tier-1 investment banks in London. was approached by the CEO and Founder of G&E Partners to help grow the Commercial Construction team, joining as a Consultant and achieving 190% of my 6 months sales target. I was then promoted to Senior Consultant in 2018. Having achieved 140% of my yearly sales target within 10 months, I gained promotion to Managing Consultant, where I was responsible for spearheading the development of a Civil Engineering team.

My first Consultant went on to achieve 250% of their sales target in their first 12 months. I eventually took on additional responsibility and helped develop and train consultants in Commercial Construction, Civil Engineering and Real Estate markets and was also tasked with spearheading the development of a Life Science team. Commercial Construction and Civil Engineering grew to become the ‘backbone’ of G&E Partners, with Life Science going on to generate over £1 million in sales in just 12 months. This gained me promotion to Division Manager. In 2022, AGS Associates was formed and began trading in January. Our performance exceeded all expectations, and we achieved our first 12-month sales target within 8 months of trading.

2015

2016-2017

Joined G&E Partners to help grow the Commercial Construction team. Promoted to Senior Consultant. Achieved 140% of my annual sales targets within the first 10 months.

2018

As a Senior Consultant I achieved 140% of my annual sales targets within the first 10 months. Awarded promotion to Managing Consultant. My first consultant went on to achieve 250% of their sales targets in their first 12 months.

2018

Spearheaded the development of a Life Science team. Commercial Construction and Civil Engineering grew to become the 'backbone' of G&E Partners. Life Science delivered over £1 million in sales in just 12 months.

2019

Promoted to Divisional Manager

2021

Presented a business plan to create a spin-off brand, AGS Associates.

2022

AGS began trading in January 2022. Now M.D.

2022

AGS Associates achieved our first 12 months sales target within only 8 months.
